Tutorial Install TWRP Recovery On Samsung Galaxy S Advance

Its have been two month since our article discuss about the release of TWRP, the first Custom Recovery to the powerful Samsung Galaxy S Advance. TWRP is a new recovery being introduced to the users due to its availability for many devices. with this program you can use it to install more advanced update such as custom rom, or another application. In this article i will have give the detailed installation guide

This procedure to install twrp on galaxy s advance or install custom recovery will increase the counter of Flash that could lead to a non-warranty. After you know, then do the procedure at your own risk.

Requirements:

Samsung USB Drivers
TWRP Recovery Package for galaxy s advance
To download the two file above go to rhis url twrp recovery file pass : goo-android.blogspot.com

How To Install Twrp Recovery On Galaxy S Advance

Download and install the USB Driver
Download and extract the Recovery Package
switch your phone to Download Mode (by press Volume + Home + Power)
From Package Recovery start the program Odin 1.83 v
Then connect the Galaxy to your computer via the USB cable (if properly recognized, the first top box in Odin becomes yellow)
Click on PDA and select the GT-I9070_GB_TWRP_KERNEL.tar.md5 file present in the Recovery Package previously retrieved
Click on Start
Wait for the end of the procedure and when finish, the color will turn green and you will see Pass!, unplug the USB cable and start. Now we have our Custom Recovery installed on device to which we can access by pressing, always from off, Volume up + Home + Power (or Home + Power).

As we already mentioned in the previous article, at the moment there is no ROM available for the phone but it is hoped that after the arrival of the first TWRP Recovery For Galaxy S Advcance will begin to change them too. For now we can only wait for some "cook" is put to work for the creation of the first ROM and their release. If you have a problem, just leave a comment using the form below.
