1. Download flashtool and install on the computer. 
2. Download the kernel 4.1.A.0.562
3. Copy the kernel downloaded earlier, enter it in the folder C> Flashtool> Firmware
4. Go to your phone and settings> Security> tick the "Unknown sources"
5. Then Settings> Developer options> tick USB debugging
6. And Settings> Smartphones> connectivity> USB connection mode> select MSC mode

How to root Sony Live Walkman On Android ICS

1 Connect the phone to your computer. make sure you have close the flash tool before!
2 Download the root file below and extract.
3 Look in a folder in the extract above, click on "runme.bat".
4 Follow directions on the screens.
